Hershey's Kiss Peanut Butter Cookies
Barely a recipe, this one's a cozy fall/winter favorite.
Equipment
- 1 large sheet pan
- 1 large bowl
Ingredients
- 1 Egg
- 1 Cup white sugar
- 1 Cup peanut butter (smooth)
- 1 Bag of Hershey's chocolate candy kisses
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
- Combine egg, sugar, and peanut butter into a bowl
- Use hands to roll mixture into 1-inch diameter, PERFECTLY shaped spheres; place each onto ungreased sheet pan leaving about 1-inch of space inbetween
- Count how many cookies are on the pan, then unwrap an equal amount of Hershey's kisses
- Pop pan into oven and bake for 10 minutes
- Remove from oven and carefully press 1 chocolate into the middle of each cookie
- Return pan to oven for ~1 minute to roast the tip of the chocolate kiss
- Remove from heat and let stand 2-3 minutes or until you can lift the cookie from the sheet without breaking it apart
