Hershey's Kiss Peanut Butter Cookies

Barely a recipe, this one's a cozy fall/winter favorite.

Equipment

  1. 1 large sheet pan
  2. 1 large bowl

Ingredients

  1. 1 Egg
  2. 1 Cup white sugar
  3. 1 Cup peanut butter (smooth)
  4. 1 Bag of Hershey's chocolate candy kisses

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Combine egg, sugar, and peanut butter into a bowl
  3. Use hands to roll mixture into 1-inch diameter, PERFECTLY shaped spheres; place each onto ungreased sheet pan leaving about 1-inch of space inbetween
  4. Count how many cookies are on the pan, then unwrap an equal amount of Hershey's kisses
  5. Pop pan into oven and bake for 10 minutes
  6. Remove from oven and carefully press 1 chocolate into the middle of each cookie
  7. Return pan to oven for ~1 minute to roast the tip of the chocolate kiss
  8. Remove from heat and let stand 2-3 minutes or until you can lift the cookie from the sheet without breaking it apart
